Which are the urges if control for long time leads to hazardous to human body?
Ayurveda literatures have explained how to keep our life style to stay healthy. Some literature says about( दिनचर्या) Dinacharya means daily routine, some literature explain about ritucharya means seasonal changes in diet and routine . Beside these above information one of the important rule one most follow to avoid disease or any health issues is to know information about the urges of body to control and not to control.
The urges which should not be controlled are as Follows.
1. Urge of urination
Suppression of the urges for urination for long time lead to urinary tract infection and other disorders such as foul smell of urine, pain during urination, burning sensation etc.
2. Urge of defecation
Suppression of the urges of defecation leads to disorders like pain in abdomen, constipation, hard stool issues, headache, lower backache etc.
3. Urge of flatus
Suppression of the urges of flatus leads to pain in abdomen , disturbance in frequency of defecation or urination, backache etc.
4. Urge of vomit
Suppression of the urges of vomiting may lead to acidity, fever, anaemia, swelling, itching etc .
5. Urge of sternutation
Suppression of the urges of sternutation leads to neck pain, headache, facial muscle pain, sense organ pain in eyes nose or ears.
6. Urge of eructation
Suppression of the urges of eructation leads to hiccups, coughs, acidity, stomach pain etc.
7. Urge for pendiculation
Suppression of the urges of the pendiculation leads to tremor and other issues like numbness.
8. Urge for hunger
Suppression of the urges of hunger may lead to weakness, fatigue, acidity, bodyache , confusion etc.
9. Urge of thirst
Suppression of the urges of thirst leads to pain in throat , irritation, earache etc.
10. Urge of lachrymation (cry)
Suppression of the urges of lachrymation leads to headache , eye disorders, nose related issues , emotional stress etc.
11. Urge of sleep
Suppression of the urges of sleep leads to yawning, body ache , headache, tremors heaviness in eyes etc.
12. Urge of deep breath after exercise
Suppression of the urges of deep breath leads to heart issues, giddiness etc.
13. Urge of seminal discharge
Suppression of the urges of seminal discharge leads to pain in abdomen, burning micturate, bodyache.
This all above rule if followed properly will help to maintain good health.
The urges of human body which can be suppressed are as follows
1. Depression
2. Sadness
3. Fear
4. Anger
5. Attitude
6. Shameful behaviour
7. Giving pain to others
8. Bad words for others
9. Fighting
10. Addiction of harmful stuff.
This may harm for healthy life so it should be avoided.
Hence a proper balance in urges may lead to healthy and happy life.
