Why to use omega 3 fatty acid in daily diet and what are its sources ?

Omega 3 fatty acid is used in anxiety. 

It also helps in liver function such as it improves beta oxidation which help to reduce chances of fatty liver.

It also helps to resolve clots in blood as omega 3 fatty acid have anti-inflammatory properties.

It also helps to fight against cancer cells as it has anti-inflammatory properties.

Omega 3 fatty acid can be used in anxiety, depression etc. for this we have to know the mechanism of brain.

When we produce positive thoughts in mind our brain produces serotonin hormone. This is the happy hormone of our body. Also secrete dopamine it is also a happy hormone which further drain into limbic system, and it convey a message after that our body feel happiness. The serotonin hormone is sent by receptors to system but some time due to negative thoughts or blockage in receptors pathway, serotonin hormone cannot enter in limbic system or if hormone secretion is low than our body feel low and symptoms like depression and anxiety occurs. 

Due to negative thoughts oxidative stress creates harmful neurochemicals which leads to inflammation in serotonin area ultimately feel low in body.

Omega 3 fatty acid also increase fluidity in limbic system which help to reduce free radicals.

Were sufficient amount of Omega 3 fatty acid can help to reduce inflammation as it has anti-inflammatory properties.
